The information we collect

Nearly everything we know about you, you told us yourself. When you send the form on our contact page, we receive exactly what you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your project. When you call, text, or email us directly, we keep ordinary business records of those conversations, the same way any small company keeps track of who reached out and what was discussed.

That is the whole list. This site has no user accounts, no newsletter, and nothing to subscribe to, so there is nothing else to collect.

How we use your information

Your information gets used for exactly what you sent it for: answering your message, scheduling your visit, running a five-minute video pre-diagnostic if you want one, and putting your exact quote in writing. After a job wraps, our office uses your contact details to follow up and make sure everything is right, and we keep the job record so we can stand behind our workmanship warranty. We never sell your information. We never rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing companies, and we never will.

Analytics

Like most websites, this site may use standard analytics tools that count visits in aggregate: which pages people read, roughly where traffic comes from, and how many visitors are on a phone versus a computer. Those numbers help us understand which pages are useful. They arrive as totals and trends, not names, and we do not connect them to anything you submit through the form.

When we share information

Sharing is limited to what it takes to operate the business. The service providers behind this website, such as the company that hosts it and the email service that delivers your form submission to our inbox, handle your information only as far as their jobs require. Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law genuinely requires it, such as a valid legal request from a court or government agency. No third party receives your details for its own advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as it is doing a job: an open conversation, a scheduled project, a written quote you are still deciding on, warranty coverage on completed work, and the ordinary records a licensed Oregon contractor is expected to maintain. Once information no longer serves one of those purposes, we have no reason to hold onto it.

Your choices

You stay in control of what we have on file. If you would like to see your information, correct something, or have it deleted, email pandaplumbed@gmail.com and ask. A person reads that inbox, not a system, and we will handle the request promptly. The only exception is a record we are required to keep, such as the financial records tied to tax and licensing obligations, and we will tell you plainly if that applies. Prefer not to use the form at all? You can always just call or text.

Effective date

This policy took effect in July 2026 and reflects how the website works today. If the way this site handles information ever changes, we will update this page and the date along with it.
